The issue is open from December 22 to January 7. The face value of each debenture is Rs.1,000 and the minimum application is for five debentures. This will be the second tranche of the NCD issue this year after the previous one in August. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Options &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;The issue has four investment options with durations of 24 months, 36 months, 60 months and 66 months. The effective yield on the instrument ranges from 13 per cent to 13.45 per cent per annum. The investment doubles in 66 months when the bonds are redeemed. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are looking to move some of your holdings from equities, you can consider subscribing to Muthoot Finance's secured NCDs, as interest rates are attractive.
